Taylor Swift has been woven into my life since I was 10 years old when I heard her music for first time. Her music has been the soundtrack to my life and each of her albums tie back to huge moments in my life. A few years ago I decided I wanted to use her songs as inspiration for creative photo shoots. I have a friend who has made designs for just about every Taylor Swift song (find her work here) and I’ve always been obsessed with the concept so I found a way to make it work for my creativity. This shoot specifically was inspired by the song Delicate. In the song she sings about a new relationship after a hard time in her life and the vulnerability that comes with that.

When I think physical things that are delicate, flowers were the first thing that came to mind. Flowers are also something we see weaved throughout relationships in our world today from random flowers from your partner to your wedding day. That is the thought process behind the concept and how it represents the song to me. My beautiful friend Sophia was the perfect choice for this shoot because she has the most delicate and soft features and she is the most photogenic person I know. These photos are a career highlight for me and I am so so proud of them.
